"Soyez votre propre lampe, votre île, votre refuge.

"Be your own lamp, your island, your refuge. Do not look for refuge outside of yourself." (Buddha)
The Energy Psychology is part of the family of psychotherapeutic techniques that seeks to restore the balance between body and spirit by working directly on the disturbances human energy field.
These disorders are caused by thoughts, events, physical sensations, a non-respectful of our harmony. This course includes techniques that affect the psyche through the energy field body
(meridians, chakras, biochamps).
It is particularly indicated to treat trauma, negative beliefs or blocking and secondary benefits, phobias, anxiety disorders, etc ...
This discipline of modern psychotherapy is the experience of mental health care issue of traditional Oriental medicine and Western contributions in analysis of our internal operations. There is
an international organization that brings together English-speaking practitioners in Energy Psychology. This is the ACEP (www.energypsych.org) and a French organization, based on a clinical
approach of these tools, the French Association for Energy Psychology Clinic (APEC) (http://www.energypsy.eu and http://www.apec.edu). The APEC is designed to raise awareness of the scope of
these tools is particularly respectful of the patient, while developing research and publications that demonstrate the scientific sources of their effectiveness. For the Francophone world, APEC
has chosen to focus on clinical training to facilitate access to practical and theoretical health professionals. It is also an important work of translation of the founders or includes
translations of cases produced by some professionals. It also seeks to bring "big" part of this therapy in the Francophone world to bring us the know-how and cutting-edge knowledge.
The Energy Psychology is designed both to what the East called the "matrix vibration ’(or vital energy, also known as" Ki "," Chi "or" Prana "), in our unconscious . Such tools are often very
fast. Indeed, the human brain seems wired neurological so that such stimuli are simply heal psychological wounds. (see David Feinstein, Fred P. Gallo, Bruce H. Lipton) *
The therapy called "neurological" combines the energy therapies (EFT, TFT, TAT, ...) and therapy by eye movements (such as EMDR, the EMO, ....) Or by bilateral stimulation of the cerebral
hemispheres . The advantage of energy therapies comes from the activation of the energy field of the problem that does not necessarily go through the emotional field. Having to return to the
emotions of a trauma can be retraumatization, even temporarily, while focusing on blocking the energy problem is much more environmentally friendly with respect to the patient lived and much,
much more respectful of its history. It also seems to be much faster.
A masterly study was published in April 2007. It incorporates the results of 14 years of studies on nearly 30,000 patients. A preliminary study we reported labor, double-blind on a group of 5000
patients with anxiety disorders. Half of them were treated conventionally (group - medication and interviews), the other half by a method of Energy Psychology (test group - tapping acupressure
point according to a protocol established by tapping). Nearly 90% of patients in the test group responded positively to treatment with 76% of them remain completely free of symptoms more than a
year after treatment. Also, if it took 15 sessions in the control group (63% of positive responses, 51% free of symptoms one year later), only 3 sessions of "tapping" (tapping) were, on average,
to get this result. This was corroborated by brain imaging and monitoring of neurotransmitters. We have published this study to David Feinstein, Ph.D., Energy Psychology : Method, Theory,
Evidence "(2007)
These sites and these associations are there to help you to better perceive and understand how these tools can help you empower the patient while accentuating and accelerating the processing of
targeted problems.
